Meet Jordan

I’m a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist based in New York City. I describe myself as a relational therapist, which means I believe that the foundation of meaningful therapy is the relationship we build together. I prioritize getting to know you, not just what brings you in, but how you think, relate, and cope in the world.

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I take an individualized approach that honors your pace, your goals, your personality, and what feels true to you. Together, we’ll create a space where you can feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are.

Our work may look different from session to session. Sometimes, we’ll slow down and explore emotions, relationships, and patterns to better understand what’s happening beneath the surface. Other times, we’ll focus on practical strategies, coping skills, or tools you can use in your everyday life. I’m active and engaged in our work together. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer feedback, and help you connect the dots, while also giving you the space to lead and set the pace.

Therapy That’s Personal to You

A Balance of Insight & Practical Support

A Space to Be Yourself

Clients often describe me as warm, encouraging, and genuine. My goal is to create a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to be yourself, whether you’re working through something difficult, trying to understand yourself more deeply, or simply figuring out where to begin.

My hope is that through our work together, you’ll deepen your understanding of yourself, recognize your existing strengths, and develop new tools to navigate life with greater clarity and confidence. Above all, I want therapy to feel like your process, helping you feel more grounded, connected, and whole as you move forward. I’ll meet you wherever you are along the way!

“Healing doesn't mean becoming someone new. It means becoming more fully yourself.”
