Yes! I have a physical office in Flatiron, a neighborhood in New York City, where I meet clients in person. I also provide online therapy through my platform, Oasys, to clients in New York and Texas.

Yes! I am in-network with Aetna. I use a third-party platform called Alma to bill your insurance.

For those using their out-of-network benefits, I provide a superbill for you to send to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Session rates will be discussed during our initial phone consultation. I recognize that therapy is an investment and for that reason I reserve a limited number of sliding scale slots in my practice.

First, we will have a free 15-minute consultation call, which you can book on my website using the calendar link above (scroll up)! During this call we will see if we are a good match and then discuss rates and scheduling and find a time for a first appointment.

I want to honor what feels good for you and offer flexibility in frequency of scheduling.

However, I do recommend that we meet weekly as we begin, to establish our relationship and set a strong foundation for our work together toward your healing. Bi-weekly sessions are also an option and monthly or periodic check-in sessions are available to established patients.

Therapy looks different for every individual as each individual’s needs are different. Some seek therapy for brief work to address a specific problem while others seek therapy for more long term exploratory work. We will establish your needs and goals and make sure whatever time is needed to achieve them is provided to you.
